Before wishing to return any item(s), please call or email us so we discuss your order. Ask for one of our friendly sales staff for assistance.
If purchased a new item and it is defective, please contact us for manufacturer’s phone number.
Item(s) can not be returned if – delivery form was signed stating all items were checked and approved.
If a return is accepted, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns are also only accepted if received within 30 days of your receipt date.
Return form must be completed by customer and copy of customer receipt present.
Item(s) returned may be exchanged for similar priced item or above.
Credit to your card available upon management approval.
All shipping and handling fees are excluded.
All item must be return in “brand new” condition, with all inside content (manuals, accessories, etc., if received), packed the way it originally was received.
No Returns on New equipment will be accepted if the item has be used.
