Shipping & Returns On Purchased Equipment SMALL ITEMS- Please call us for shipping quotes on small items 305-653-8888. LARGE ITEMS- All items too large to be shipped via UPS will be shipped FREIGHT from South Florida. RECOMMENDED SHIPPER- The buyer will pay actual shipping charges directly to the Freight Company via Freightquote.com. TO USE YOUR OWN SHIPPING CARRIER- If you have your own carrier and would like to make your own shipping arrangements, please email or call us to ensure this is possible. Also, please note that certain time restrictions apply. Shipping Charges CAN NOT be refunded. You must be sure to insure the item with freight company. We are not responsible for any damages by freight carrier.
PALLETIZING FEES- An Additional fee of $50 is added to the sale price to cover the cost of packing and palletizing the item if it is needed by your freight company.

They offer pick-up and deliveries for restaurant equipment and other miscellaneous needs to Dade, Broward and Palm Beach areas. We also ship using UPS and other freight companies depending on the item’s weight and deadline. Tips: o Shipping and handling fees for returned, non-accepted, and/or redelivered items are the customer’s responsibility. o Before signing and accepting your product(s), please inspect your merchandise. All products are SOLD AS IS, once signed and received.
STORAGE POLICY- All items that are puprchased and paid for in full must leave our warehouse and be delivered to you in a timely fashion. If they are not then you must either have gottan written consent from us or must understand that you will incur weekly storage fees of 20 dollars per item, At the end of the month if we are not in agreement then your item will be subject to restocking fees and we will be authorized by you to resell or return the item to the manufacturer. In esssence you will have no claim to the purchased item.
RETURN POLICY Before wishing to return any item(s), please call or email us so we discuss your order. Ask for one of our friendly sales staff for assistance. - If purchased a new item and it is defective, please contact us for manufacturer’s phone number.
- Item(s) can not be returned if – delivery form was signed stating all items were checked and approved.
- If a return is accepted, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Returns are also only accepted if received within 30 days of your receipt date.
- Return form must be completed by customer and copy of customer receipt present.
- Item(s) returned may be exchanged for similar priced item or above.
- Credit to your card available upon management approval.
- All shipping and handling fees are excluded.
- All item must be return in “brand new” condition, with all inside content (manuals, accessories, etc., if received), packed the way it originally was received.
- No Returns on New equipment will be accepted if the item has be used.
